Lockwash Detailing is committed to providing a website and service-request process that people with disabilities can use. This website is being developed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA and Ontario accessibility requirements.
Current accessibility features
- Semantic headings, landmarks and descriptive page titles.
- A keyboard-accessible skip link, navigation, service selector and form.
- Visible focus indicators and controls that do not rely on colour alone.
- Form labels, instructions, error identification and status announcements.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and reduced-motion support.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and small screens without horizontal scrolling.
Alternative formats
If website information or the request form is not accessible to you, contact Lockwash. The team will work with you to provide the information or accept a service request in an appropriate accessible format.
Feedback and assistance
When reporting an accessibility barrier, include the page or feature involved, what happened and the assistive technology or browser used if you are comfortable sharing it.
Ongoing review
Accessibility is reviewed when content, forms or interactive features change. Automated checks support this work but do not replace keyboard, screen-reader and user testing.
