This policy explains how Lockwash Detailing handles personal information submitted through this service-request website. It is written for the current funnel and should be reviewed whenever the form, service providers or tracking tools change.
Information we collect
The request form may collect your name, phone number, email address, requested service, preferred timing, comments and confirmation that Lockwash may contact you. Do not include payment information or sensitive personal information in the comments field.
If optional analytics are enabled and you accept them, analytics providers may receive technical information such as device, browser, approximate location, page interactions and online identifiers. Optional analytics remain off when you decline or have not made a choice.
The location section includes an embedded Google Map. When that map loads, Google may receive basic device and request information under its own privacy terms.

Consent and choices

Lockwash does not sell information submitted through this form. Information may be processed by approved providers that host the website, deliver form submissions or provide analytics after consent. Those providers should receive only the information needed for their service and may process data outside Ontario or Canada.
